Process automation · Multi-industry · Operating 24/7
We connect into your process and automate the repetitive half.
MGSolutions plugs into the systems your industry already runs on, uses AI to absorb the volume that does not need a person, and routes the exceptions to a team that does. Your cost per transaction falls as you scale, not in spite of it.
Running 24 hours, 7 days
Pick your industry
Same method. Different process.
Every industry has a queue where most items are routine and a few are not. We automate the routine ones end to end, and make sure the rest reach a person with the context already gathered.
Automated does not mean unattended. Every automated step is monitored, every decision is logged, and anything the system is not confident about becomes an exception a person sees.
What we automate
Five kinds of work that eat operating budgets.
The specifics change by industry. The shape of the work does not.
Intake and data entry
Requests arrive as email, PDF, web form, portal upload, EDI or a phone call, and someone retypes them into your system. We read them at the source, validate against your rules, and write them where they belong.
Contact handling
Voice, chat, SMS and email conversations that follow a known pattern: status checks, confirmations, reminders, simple changes. Handled in English and Spanish, at any hour, with a clean handoff when the caller needs a person.
Exception routing
The value is not only in what gets automated. It is in what does not: identifying the item that fell outside the rules, gathering the context around it, and putting it in front of the right person before it becomes a complaint.
Follow-up and chase work
Nothing decays faster than a task waiting on someone else. Missing documents, unsigned forms, unpaid balances, unscheduled appointments: chased on a schedule, through the channel each person actually answers.
Reporting and reconciliation
Pulling numbers out of three systems into a spreadsheet every Monday is a process, and it can be automated like any other. We produce the operating report and flag the variance, instead of leaving you to find it.
How we are set up
Automation with an operations team behind it.
Software vendors hand you a tool and leave the operating problem with you. Outsourcers hand you people and leave the cost problem. We run both sides.
Around the clock
The automated layer never sleeps, and there is a staffed team behind it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work that arrives at 3 a.m. is done by morning.
Your systems, not ours
We connect to the platforms you already run. No migration project, no replacement, no asking your customers to learn a new portal.
Bilingual by default
English and Spanish across every channel, from teams in northern Mexico who work in both every day. Not a translation layer bolted on afterwards.
How engagement works
Four steps from process map to live automation.
Map the process
We sit with the people doing the work and document what actually happens, not what the procedure says. You get a written process map with volume, handle time, and the share of items that follow the happy path.
Connect the systems
We integrate with your platforms through whatever they support: API, EDI, secure file exchange, or the same interface your team uses today. Scope, access and security review happen before anything touches production.
Automate a slice, in parallel
One step, one queue, real volume, running alongside your current process so nothing depends on us being right the first time. We compare output against your baseline before anything is switched over.
Expand and operate
Once the slice holds, we widen scope step by step. From there it is an operating relationship: weekly numbers, monthly review, and a named team accountable for the queue.
Commercial model
Priced against the work, not the headcount.
We do not publish a rate card, because the honest number depends on volume, how much of your process follows a rule, and what your systems allow. Here is what shapes it.
- What you are buying
- A process that runs. Not a licence, and not a body count. Scope is written per process, with the volume and the service level stated.
- Why it improves as it grows
- The automated share of the work does not cost more when volume doubles. That is where the saving comes from, and it is why we scope for growth from the start.
- Contract shape
- Master services agreement plus a scope of work per process. Adding a second process does not mean reopening the whole contract.
- Ramp
- Discovery and integration are scoped separately from the running service, so you are not paying an operating fee before anything is live.
- Baseline and measurement
- We measure your current cost and handle time before we change anything. Without a baseline there is no honest way to claim a saving.
- Reporting
- Operating metrics weekly, business review monthly, and access to the underlying transaction detail on request.

Send a short note and we will come back with questions, not a deck. If your process is not ready to automate, we will tell you that too.
